Non-Returnable Goods
The following Goods cannot be returned:

- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery
- Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
Refunds cannot be processed without actual receipt of returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You:
